Our former cellar door at historic Grays Inn is now SIP Wollombi Village – a curated tasting room and boutique liquor store showcasing wines, spirits, craft beer and cider from across the Hunter Valley.
Noyce Brothers is one of SIP’s featured producers, with our wines available to purchase at the same familiar Wollombi address.

Who We Are
Noyce Brothers brings together brothers Michael and Phillip Noyce and a shared interest in wine, family and place.
Raised in Griffith in the Riverina, we developed an early appreciation of wine through our father, Bill. Our family’s connection with the Wollombi Valley began more than five decades ago with the purchase of historic Old Byora.
Today, that connection continues through Noyce Brothers Wine, available at SIP Wollombi Village in Grays Inn.
